Every screen in this prototype, mapped against the shipping product as observed in a trial tenant and on the public marketplace in August 2026. The point of the split: the foundations are already built — this prototype is mostly surfaces on top of them.

What this prototype deliberately does not include
Refund and dispute terms (the founders' call), TruShield's AI verification (unconfirmed — the document states here are manual uploads on purpose), shipping coordination, and anything touching payment credentials. Stripe remains the rail and the financial system of record.
